Submit Your Post to Google As Soon As It is Ready

Take the Initiative and Get Your Post Indexed

You don't have to wait for Google to discover that you have a new post. If you have Google Search Console, you have what you need to get your post indexed by Google.

I just completed a post about the need to post regularly in order to feed the Google spider, gain traffic, and built domain authority. A random post here-and-there won't cut it. I can see remarkable traffic after I make a post, and very little traffic if I neglect the site. So, I am embarking on a 10 day study to see how much traffic escalates simply by regular posting. I discuss the problem of posting irregularity here

So, let's say you have just completed a post and you want to get Google to index it. It is very simple.

First, get the full URL of the new post.

Next, visit Google Search Console. (If you haven't set up an account, you will need to. It is the heart of much information about how Google is indexing your website.)

This is where you submit your latest post..

You will get a message that the URL is not on Google.

Click to Request Indexing

This is normal.

This completes the process.

A word of caution. Don't request it again to see if Google has indexed it.  You won't speed up the process and you may get your account flagged.
